QHSE

Specific HSE plans and quality plans implemented in projects.

They link the overriding and the project-specific QHSE systems. The project leader is responsible for following up these plans. HSE matters are followed up in regular meetings at site. Project Quality is controlled and monitored in according to using the Project Quality plan.

Purpose

The purpose of the Quality Plan is to specify the controlling procedures / documents, relevant management systems, records, regulatory references, audit activities and resources necessary to carry out the complete project scope of work. The Quality Plan also specifies who does what when, as well as hold, witness, review and approval points. Other documents as Project Master Document Register, Test and Inspection Plan and Progress Report will be submitted as part of the project control in accordance to client requirements.

Longer duration

During the projects of longer duration, we carry out both HSE surveys and HSEQ audits. These will be listed in our HSEQ survey and audit program. The surveys and audits will be carried out in accordance with our requirements, and the client will be informed and invited to participate in advance.

Key performance indicators

HSEQ key performance indicators will be monitored through the project, and reported to both the client and the management.
